I was kept updated of the delivery progress and this instilled a sense of trust in the organisation. The earrings that I purchased carried the name of my dog, Grace, which is why I chose them instead of a bracelet. The earrings are very pretty and I thought that it was a good way to honour my dog 's loyalty and companionship, something to cherish when she is no longer with us.
