One-Time Orders

You may cancel a one-time order free of charge within 6 hours of placing it. Email info@rescueforpaws.shop with “CANCELLATION” in the subject line and your order number. Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, we can no longer cancel it, but our 30-Day Love-It Guarantee applies (see our Refund Policy).

Paws Club Membership Cancellations

You can cancel your Paws Club membership at any time with no cancellation fee:

  • Online: Log in to your account, select “Manage Subscription,” then “Cancel.” Cancellation is effective immediately for future billing.
  • By email: Email info@rescueforpaws.shop with the subject line “CANCEL MEMBERSHIP.” We process email cancellations within 2 business days.

To avoid your next charge, cancel before your renewal date. Cancellation stops all future charges. You keep member access through the end of your paid period.

PAWS CLUB MEMBERSHIP TERMS

These Membership Terms govern your enrollment in the Paws Club membership program (the “Club” or “Membership”) offered by Rescue for Paws. They supplement our Terms of Service, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy. By enrolling, you agree to these Membership Terms.

What Your Membership Includes

Active Paws Club members receive:

  • A 15% discount code delivered by email, applicable to all future purchases on our website
  • Access to our exclusive members’ gallery at pawsclub.netlify.app

Member content is typically refreshed on a regular basis. Discount codes are delivered by email within 24 hours of your enrollment and at the start of each new billing cycle.

Membership fees are payments for the content and services described above. They are not donations, are not tax-deductible, and do not correspond to any charitable contribution.

Automatic Renewal and Billing

YOUR MEMBERSHIP AUTOMATICALLY RENEWS UNTIL YOU CANCEL.

Your payment method will be charged approximately $25.00 USD (plus any applicable taxes) on the date you enroll, and then automatically every thirty (30) days on or around the same date, until you cancel. The exact price is displayed at the time of enrollment.

If a renewal payment fails, we may retry the charge. If payment continues to fail, we may pause or cancel your membership. You are responsible for keeping your payment information current.

How to Cancel

You may cancel at any time with no cancellation fee using either method described above. To avoid being charged for the next period, cancel before your renewal date.

When you cancel: (i) no further charges will be made; (ii) you keep member access through the end of the period you have already paid for, after which access ends. You may re-join at any time at the then-current price.

Refunds

Membership charges are non-refundable once the billing period has begun, except where required by applicable law. If we fail to provide the member content or discount code described above for a period you have paid for, contact us at info@rescueforpaws.shop and we will make it right with a credit or refund of that period.

Price and Program Changes

We may change the membership price or the contents of the Club. If we increase your plan price or materially reduce what your plan includes, we will notify you by email at least thirty (30) days before the change takes effect. If you do not agree, you may cancel before the change takes effect. Continued membership after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

Member Content and Account

Member gallery content is for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not download, redistribute, resell, or publicly repost member content without our prior written consent. Your account and member access are personal to you and may not be shared, sold, or transferred.

We may suspend or terminate member access for violation of these Membership Terms or our Terms of Service. If we terminate without cause, we will refund the unused portion of any prepaid period.

General

These Membership Terms incorporate our Terms of Service, including its Dispute Resolution, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law sections. If there is a conflict between these Membership Terms and the Terms of Service regarding the Club, these Membership Terms control.
