One-time orders You may cancel a one-time order free of charge within 6 hours of placing it. Email info@rescueforpaws.shop with "CANCELLATION" in the subject line and your order number. Once an order has entered processing or shipped, we can no longer cancel it, but our 30-day return policy applies (see our Refund Policy).

Monthly Rescue for Paws memberships You can cancel your membership at any time, with no cancellation fee:

Online: log in to your account and select "Manage Subscription", then "Cancel". Cancellation is effective immediately for future billing. By email: info@rescueforpaws.shop with the subject "CANCEL MEMBERSHIP". We process email cancellations within 2 business days. To avoid your next charge, cancel before your renewal date. Cancellation stops all future charges; shipments already billed will still be delivered, and you keep member access through the end of your paid period. The full membership terms are set out below.

Rescue for Paws Membership Terms These Membership Terms ("Membership Terms") govern your enrollment in the Rescue for Paws Club (the "Club" or "Membership") offered by Moon Scaling LLC, operating under the trade name Rescue for Paws ("Rescue for Paws", "we", "us"). They supplement our Terms of Service, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy. By enrolling in the Club, you agree to these Membership Terms. If you do not agree, do not enroll.

  1. What your membership includes The Club is offered in two plans: (a) Bracelets + Photos & Videos: two (2) surprise bracelets delivered to you each billing cycle, plus member access to photos and videos from feeding operations carried out by our independent local partners, plus access to our private member community. (b) Photos & Videos Only: member access to photos and videos from feeding operations and to our private member community, without physical products. Your membership supports our ongoing efforts to help abandoned dogs through independent local partners. Membership fees are payments for the products, content and services described above. They are not donations, are not tax-deductible, and do not correspond to a specific number of meals. Member photos and videos are typically refreshed at the start of each billing cycle. Photos and videos represent moments from feeding operations carried out by our partners and are not intended to depict specific dogs fed as a result of any individual membership. Bracelet styles and colors vary from cycle to cycle and are selected by us; we may substitute items of equal or greater value.

  2. Automatic renewal and billing YOUR MEMBERSHIP AUTOMATICALLY RENEWS UNTIL YOU CANCEL. (a) Recurring plans: the payment method you provide will be charged the plan price shown at enrollment (currently €24.95 EUR every 28 days, plus any applicable taxes) on the date you enroll, and then automatically every twenty-eight (28) days on or around the same calendar date, until you cancel. (b) Yearly plans: the payment method you provide will be charged the annual plan price shown at enrollment (currently €249.36 EUR per year, plus any applicable taxes) on the date you enroll, and then automatically every twelve (12) months, until you cancel. We will send you a reminder email before each annual renewal, at least 15 days and no more than 45 days before the renewal charge. Prices are displayed in EUR and may be converted to your local currency at checkout. If a renewal payment fails, we may retry the charge; if payment continues to fail, we may pause or cancel your membership. You are responsible for keeping your payment information current.

  3. How to cancel You can cancel at any time, with no cancellation fee, using either method described at the top of this page: online from your account ("Manage Subscription" then "Cancel", effective immediately for all future billing), or by email to info@rescueforpaws.shop with the subject line "CANCEL MEMBERSHIP" from the email address on your account (processed within two (2) business days). To avoid being charged for the next period, cancel before your renewal date. When you cancel: (i) no further charges will be made; (ii) any shipment already billed before cancellation will still be delivered; (iii) you keep member access (photos, videos, community) through the end of the period you have already paid for, after which access ends. You may re-join at any time at the then-current price. You may also be able to skip a delivery or pause your membership from your account portal, where available.

  4. Refunds Membership charges are non-refundable once the billing period has begun, except where required by applicable law. However: if a bracelet you receive through the Club arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us at info@rescueforpaws.shop and we will replace it or refund that shipment. If we fail to provide the member content or deliveries described above for a period you have paid for, contact us and we will make it right with a replacement, credit or refund of that period.

  5. Price and program changes We may change the membership price or the contents of the Club. If we increase your plan price or materially reduce what your plan includes, we will notify you by email at least thirty (30) days before the change takes effect. The change will apply from your next renewal after the effective date. If you do not agree, you can cancel at any time before the change takes effect; continued membership after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

  6. Gift memberships If you purchase a membership as a gift, you (the purchaser) are the subscriber: renewal charges are billed to your payment method under Section 2, and you may cancel under Section 3 at any time. The recipient receives the deliveries and member access.

  7. Member content and account Member photos, videos and community content are for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not download, redistribute, resell or publicly repost member content without our prior written consent. Your account and member access are personal to you and may not be shared, sold or transferred. We may suspend or terminate member access for violation of these Membership Terms or our Terms of Service; if we terminate without cause, we will refund the unused portion of any prepaid period.

  8. General These Membership Terms incorporate our Terms of Service, including its Dispute Resolution, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability and Governing Law sections. If there is a conflict between these Membership Terms and the Terms of Service regarding the Club, these Membership Terms control. We may update these Membership Terms as described in the Terms of Service; material changes will be notified by email at least thirty (30) days in advance and will apply from your next renewal.
